Coordinate all logistics, transferring patients from any point of origin to any desired destination with experienced medical crew at their side to oversee their welfare.
Contact and verify coverage with the patient’s private insurance provider.
Arrange ground ambulance transportation at both ends of the transfer to ensure a smooth transition and accompany the patient through all phases of the transport.
Communicate directly with family members and update medical teams at both facilities of origin and final destination throughout the mission.
